datagreier2 a2441483c4 Fix euro5-refresh.service: resolve YOUR_USER placeholder 
Replace template placeholder with actual user 'aron' so the oneshot
service can run without a status=217/USER failure.

ExecStart already called refresh.py directly (standalone, no Gunicorn),
so no change needed there.
